1). Your orders would be shipped directly from Bali to your address after we receive your payment confirmation.
2). Normally we use FedEx International Priority or DHL service to send the orders. But for some countries such as Russia, France and several cities in Australia we use EMS service (out of FedEx delivery area).
3). Most orders shipped from Bali on the same day or next business day using FedEx. And FedEx takes 3-5 business days to deliver your order to your address (if no delay in the customs clearance process). If your address is considered by the carrier to be in a rural zone, please allow an additional day.
4). If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform the reason of the delay.
5). Please use a physical address for delivery address. FedEx can’t ship to PO Box address for international shipment.
